Delete Your SeatX Account

You can delete your SeatX account and associated personal data at any time, directly from the app. This page explains how, and what happens to your information.
How to delete your account
- Open the SeatX app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What gets deleted
When you confirm deletion, your account is removed and you are signed out on all devices (active sessions are revoked). Your profile details and uploaded profile images are deleted, and personal data is removed from your account.
What may be retained
Certain records — such as transaction and payment history tied to completed bookings — may be retained in de-identified or limited form where we are required to keep them for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. These are not used to identify you for any other purpose.

If you can't access the app to delete your account, email us from your registered address at seatxsupport@gmail.com and we'll help you complete the deletion.
